Full-Time
Immigration Counselor |
Emerald Isle Immigration Center is seeking a full-time Immigration Counselor to work at our Woodlawn, Bronx office. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering client immigration consultations and phone enquiries on immigration applications for residency, naturalization, adjustments of status etc.
The counselor will maintain and update all case files and work under the supervision of the Immigration Attorney and Director of Legal Services to ensure agency compliance on all matters. The full-time work schedule will include one late evening and two Saturdays per month.
The counselor will attend neighborhood and community meetings and training sessions. Prior legal work experience (2-3 years) required some immigration knowledge helpful. Excellent people and customer service skills with full knowledge of current computer programs (Word, Excel, Access etc.) |

Social Worker/
Social Services Coordinator |
- LCSW with 1-3 years prior experience.
- Must be able to work independently, assess clients’ clinical need, coordinate appropriate referrals and help develop and expand program services through community outreach.
- Experience overseeing staff and senior programs helpful.
- Supervison available from LCSW-R.

Part-Time Computer Teacher wanted for Woodlawn, Bronx Office
Approximately 3 hours a week.
Excellent people skills and solid knowledge base to teach senior citizens Basic and Intermediate classes.
